Unclaimed Monies

Click here for a list of unclaimed monies for the period of 2003-2008. If you are certain that these funds are due you, you must provide absolute proof of ownership to the Clerk of Courts of Washington County in order to receive these funds. You must also have photo identification at the time you make your claim.

No funds will be transferred by the Clerk without proof of ownership and identification. Once these funds are forwarded to the Department of Revenue, Bureau of Unclaimed Properties, your claim must be made at the Bureau of Unclaimed Properties.
