The Office of Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins, Magisterial District 27-1-03, encompasses the areas of Charleroi, North Charleroi, Allenport, Speers, Dunlevy, Roscoe, Twilight, Stockdale, Elco, and Fallowfield Township. Hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The office is closed from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. for lunch.
