The Office of Magisterial District Judge Valarie Costanzo, Magisterial District Number 27-3-06, encompasses the areas of McDonald, Cecil, Robinson, half of Imperial, Lawrence, Muse, Venice, Hickory, Mt. Pleasant, Southview, and Westland. Hours of operation are 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays; and 12:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesdays. The office is closed from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays; and from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Wednesdays for lunch.
