President Judge O'Dell Seneca presides over Criminal & Civil matters, Tax Claim Bureau and Tax Assessment Appeals. The President Judge also presides over the Mental Health and Mortgage Courts. The President Judge oversees the Minor Judiciary, the Mental Health Master and mental health procedures.
