The Court Administrator's Office, under the supervision of President Judge Debbie O'Dell Seneca, is charged with the supervision of the Magisterial District Judge Courts; management of the arbitration system; development of the annual court calendar; preparation of civil and criminal trial lists; management of court personnel; preparation and management of the Court's budget; preparation of the Court's annual report and statistical information; management of divorce and custody cases and personnel, Court Technology Department, Law Library; general supervision of the Probation Services Department; and management of the Court's equipment and facilities.

All family law cases are guided administratively by the Honorable John F. DiSalle. These include divorce, custody, domestic relation support, and PFA’s. Appointed by the Court are two Divorce Masters: Eric J. Held, Esquire; and D. Stephen Ferito, Esquire, to expedite the resolution of contested divorce actions.

Child Custody Conference Officers are utilized to hear full custody and shared custody issues with the parties in order to achieve an agreement. Presently, there are four attorneys serving as Child Custody Conference Officers; they are: William E. Speakman, Jr., Esquire; R. Maureen Myers, Esquire and L. Dawn Haber, Esquire, John D. Richards, Esquire.
